If you found me through my podcast, Not Another Anxiety Show, then you already know my niche as a nurse health and wellness coach is working with people experiencing anxiety, stress, and burnout who are looking for support to take steps toward mental well-being. However, I’m just as comfortable working with people who are looking for support to take steps toward physical well-being, such as enhancing nutrition, developing new sleep habits, and improving overall fitness. Mental and physical well-being are inherently intertwined after all!
