We're experiential learners the more we do this the more we lean into doing something just because it brings us joy just because it helps us feel grounded or feel at ease or just comfortable with being in the moment. It's that's really valuable too. That is actually productive in and of itself. It's just inherently productive without us making it so you know it has value and and I think it helps to kind of point out play includes anything anything we do recreationally that brings us joy or excitement.
